你好！above all表示某因素是最重要的,地位上是超越其他因素的.这些因素比较的性质更强一点.
at first 表示在众因素中(这些因素同等重要),该因素放在第一个说(而不一定是超越其他因素的).这些因素列举的性质更强一点.
自己体会一下吧.给两个例句:
1.He is a nice neighbour.He often helps us with garden work,and he is good at speech. Above all he is quite kind with people.
2. He is a nice neighbour. At first, he is quith kind with people. What's more, he often helps us with garden work and is good at speech.
除此之外, at first必须在句首,且用逗号隔开
